Brisket

Central Texas style brisket. Heavy pepper bark, oak depth, and luscious fat render that melts away. An elite centerpiece for weddings and corporate gatherings—no sauce required.

Ribs

Serious Texas pork ribs with a dry-rubbed bark and a soulful oak finish. We skip the sticky glaze to provide your guests with authentic, competition-quality smoke.

Pulled Pork

Smoked Mac & Cheese

Pit Beans

Our Story

Deeply embedded in the fields of Southeast Minnesota, Oak & Embers Smoke Show represents my passion for delivering authentic Central Texas customs to the Upper Midwest. We don’t do fast food and nothing is ever rushed; this is slow-burning, laborious barbecue that requires predawn starts, midnight checks, and a flame that never dies. Steve has expertly developed his pitmaster skills over years of intensive practice and refinement, blending culinary precision with deep operational experience. His steadfast devotion to excellence, craftsmanship, and local connection serves as the heartbeat of the Oak & Embers mission. Each brisket, rack of ribs, link of sausage, and chicken half begins with a fire of seasoned local oak, fueling the pit for hours until the smoke, the meat, and the flame reach absolute harmony. When we cater your special occasion, we do more than just deliver a meal; we provide the artistry, the heavy steel, the wood, and the heritage that define genuine Texas barbecue. Whether for a wedding, a milestone graduation, or a family backyard blowout, we arrive prepared to transport guests to the heart of Central Texas with a feast specifically crafted for the table.
